Organizational architect. Transformation leader. Builder of better systems.

I help teams find clarity inside complexity, scale the work that matters, and build ways of working that keep thriving after the launch meeting ends.

Also: PfMP, former restaurant owner, curious technologist, community builder, mentor, and person who will absolutely try to make the spreadsheet more usable.

A SLIGHTLY UNCONVENTIONAL PATH

I didn't follow a perfectly linear path here, which is probably for the best.

My work has taken me from small business ownership to emerging technology, from nonprofit boardrooms to large-scale agency transformation. The common thread is that I keep finding myself in places where the work matters, the system is messy, and people need a clearer way through.

That's the work I love: making complexity usable, helping teams align around what matters most, and building structures people can actually use after the meeting ends.
